How does the booking process work?
Start by visiting our Services page and selecting the package that’s right for you. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a quick quote form to fill out. Once we receive your form, we’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call to go over the details and bring your event vision to life. To officially reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before your event.
How does your pricing structure work?
We charge a flat rate for the bar rental and two bartenders. From there, pricing varies depending on the package you choose, as each one includes different ingredients, juices, and garnishes. We also offer a variety of add-ons to customize your event even further!
How much alcohol should I plan to provide for my guests?
Following our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a detailed alcohol purchasing guide tailored to your guest count and event style. This ensures you’ll have the right amount for your celebration—without the stress of overbuying or running short.
Where are you based, and how far do you travel?
We are based in Oak Ridge, New Jersey, and serve events within a 40-mile radius. For events outside of this area, we’re happy to travel for an additional fee of $1 per mile.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
Once your event details are finalized, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Cancellations made at least 120 days in advance are fully refundable, while cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. For weather-related cancellations, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes! We carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance, and we’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. In addition, all of our bartenders are TIPS-certified to ensure responsible and professional service.
Can I book you for a dry or alcohol-free event?
Absolutely! We offer curated Mocktail packages perfect for sober celebrations. Our mocktails are crafted with the same creativity and attention to detail as our cocktails — some say they’re even better!
